Valley Cultural Foundation Release 2nd Album
Rock the Valley – Battle of the Bands 2021
With the success of their first album released in December 2020, Valley Cultural Foundation is following it up with Rock the Valley – Battle of the Bands 2021. Once again, working with our Emerging Artists who were recently competing in the 2021 Battle of the Bands, the album continues to provide up-and-coming musicians an opportunity to showcase their talents and play original music while having a good time.
With the concert season in sight, many of these performers will be the opening acts at Warner Ranch Park or NoHo Summer Nights. The album contains 15 brand new songs written and performed by musicians from VCF’s “Emerging Artists” series and provides you the opportunity to get a taste of these artists’ sounds before the show.
Once again, VCF’s CEO Nora Ross feels that music “lifts the spirits, brings happiness and joy, and in its own way allows an individual to be carried away into a different time and space. Sometimes conjuring up a memory, other times creating a new one.”
Rock the Valley – Battle of the Bands 2021 features a wide variety of sounds from Rock n’ Roll to R&B with a little bit of country and reggae for good measure. The album features songs such as “Gone” By Bob Thomas, “Yesterday’s Moon” by Terrell Edwards, “Taking You Home” by Strange Brew, “Life After L.A.” by Henry Mansfield, and many more.
The artists featured on Rock the Valley – Battle of the Bands 2021 are INTICA, Emily Coupe, Bob Thomas, Highness Eye’s, Henry Mansfield, Strange Brew, The Overtime Project, Plastic Culture, Beyond the Reserve, Acoustic Asylum, and Terrell Edwards.
