Recommended for children 6 to 9 years old
Since 1997, Monday Morning Concerts has placed professional, world-class musicians, dancers, and actors in an intimate educational setting with children, ages five through eleven. Monday Morning Concerts consist of a performance, a brief history lesson on the musical and cultural style being presented, and a question and answer session with the performers. Often children are invited on stage to be part of the experience.

Chalo Eduardo has toured as a percussionist and entertainer with Sergio Mendes, Santana, Mickey Hart. He performed and choreographed drummers and dancers for Award Shows like, the Fox T.V. special for Santana and the 1999 and 2000 GRAMMY AWARDS with Ricky Martin and recently at the 2009 Latin Grammy’s with Daniel Mercury.
A true musician and entertainer, Chalo has brought the best of both worlds to educational programs from K through University levels. Chalo connects with children, teens and adults. (more…)

John Chambers, Master Puppeteer for Jim Gamble Puppet Productions
John Chambers, Associate Puppeteer with Jim Gamble Puppet Productions, will present “Peter and the Wolf,” a rod-puppet production presented in the innovative “Curtain of Light” theater format. This highly acclaimed production was originally designed for the Los Angeles Music Center and has been performed over 1000 times for school children and family audiences. The production was awarded the UNIMA Citation for Excellence in Puppetry and has received rave reviews in many publications. (more…)
